True changes begins on the inside

There is currently a level of dissatisfaction and anarchy with my whole situation at the moment that will have resolve, but not in the immediate future. Small distractions presently hold a danger to me, and obsessions can become disastrous.

Today was a blur of nothing. Of surfing the internet and wasting my time and watching TV and typing to people online when the conversation would have lent itself better to words. I continue to feel more and more estranged from people and I want it to stop.
